swarmers need a shit load of stamina to chase people around so sprinting/running is a necessity, get a slip bag to practice your head movements and try getting a partner to throw jabs at you while you use head movement to slip it and trying to cut the ring on him do this for 5-8 rounds 3 min each if you got the stamina
