Training routine for boxing?

Question by lilbaabo: Training routine for boxing?
Hi i was just wondering if anyone can construct a boxing training routine. I was looking for 3 training periods a day, everyday.
It would consist of weight training, jump roping, heavy bagging, and speed bagging.

so you would basically be my personal trainer. i have the basics down so you wouldn’t have to worry about me developing bad habits.

thanks i just have a lot of time on my hand that i want to devote to training.
