Question by Bryce M: Strength training routine for boxing.?
I have free weights, jump rope, and a neighborhood to run around.dont include heavy bag and stuff because i only want to work on strength now.Please be specific.thank u for answer.

do as many variations as you know
(change your type each time you work out);
push-ups
pull-ups
sit-ups

if you lift weights: light weight + high reps = muscular endurance (dynamic strength)

vary your running;
sprints
1-3 mile run/jogging,,,brisk pace walking
