Q&A: Boxing training routine?

Question by whatwasithinking: Boxing training routine?
can anyone give me an example of a rigourous training routine used by an elite former or current boxer?
currently walk 5 miles in the morning and jog 5 miles at night 5 days a week.Do pushups/chins/curls 3 to 4 days a week.Want to get even more fit this year,please include diet in your answer thanks.

I’d put the weights away and go to bands or rubber tubing. Also, consult a pro a nutritionist, not just anyone on this site. Good luck.
