not necessarily because the fighters stance is reasonably low for his size he is working on the technique? for the combo as it could be a newer combo but he is a really good fighter so it won’t matter how low they hold the mitts he will be able to still deliver a decent hook to his opponent

Not that I’m saying I know a bunch about mitt work, but should the guy holding the mitts hands be higher for the hooks?? I mean he may get used to? throwing the hook down low away from the head in a real fight :b just my opinion though lol

DROTTOHARRIS July 7, 2012 at 3:27 am

This is great? I luv it it’s like tabata intervals but utilizing the equipment on a 2 two one basis! sweet as m8, nice design bro!!

EWETUBER2 July 7, 2012 at 4:05 am

30 seconds..up? and down on the bag “head and body shots”….
Then 30 seconds normal combinations and movement.
Do that back and forth for 3 minutes..with only a 40 second break inbetween each “round”..!

Then shadow box for 3 minutes with 3 pound hand your hands..

ultradevon04 July 7, 2012 at 4:19 am
