On Xiang Shang S. rd Q: What disiplines can i learn at Iron Boxing? A: We teach: boxing, kickboxing, Sanda, Muay Thai, and Judo Q: Can i come train with you? A: Of course! Everyone is welcome, and most of our coaches speak English as well Q: What is Sanda? A: Sanda is a style of competition, developed for Kung-Fu practitioners to practice their art in hand-to-hand combat. Today, it represents modern Chinese martial arts. In Taiwan, Sanda is its own style, having its own belt system like any traditional art.

Would you ever open a gym in the New Orleans area? Really enjoy the videos. They have helped me with my workouts
