You guys should have? 8 min exercises for different parts of the body. Just like the 8 min abs workout.? 1 min video is not very useful and hard to comprehend.

Guys, increase your vertical jump does not need? to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a jump vertical course known as Nobolaron Manual (do a search on google). Seriously, that manual has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I’m in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

no, the moon is cheating because you consistently have less resistance throughout the exercise. what you want is to do this between 2 benches, and wear a dip belt with attached antimatter chains dangling? down between the benches.

1) supplementing workout routines has no bearing on sexuality
2) sort of agree that stuff like roids, creatine, taurine etc aren’t exactly honest ways to do things. still, wouldn’t mind trying the latter 2? for the hell of it, that’d be my choice, non of your fuckin business.
3) alot of people supplement for muscle mass, not strength. in which case stuff like naturally sourced proteins and EAAs are kind of essential. don’t bullshit that you can build mass/strength on a low cal, low protein diet.

All you people taking supplements to make you stronger are gay.

I’m 14 and im one of the strongest kids in my grade and I only weigh 110 lb. i don’t take anything or make drinks and I can bench around 130 lb. so don’t be recommending things that are in google.

What your telling people to do is, go buy muscle supplements to? make themselves stronger. You don’t need to use thing. Everyone has a different body and different things work for them. They can try everything and see what they like doi

What a Killer of a workout, love it though.
I do 12m of stair/mountain climbing on the highest setting. Pouring of sweat by the end.
Followed by incline dumbbell press on about 15kg each arm
Then I switch it up every week but a lateral exercise like Biceps, Triceps or Lats Usually on 50kg
Then around a 40kg squat or lunges
Finally I do abs as trying to get rid of belly fat
Followed by? 12m of stair climber or crosstrainer on highest I find from cardio I’m burning around 400cals. KILLER

Awesome work! Try doing this routine 2-3 times a week for 4 weeks. You should drop? 8-10lbs of fat in no time!

Thanks boss!!! I have been doing this one myself for the last few weeks. Great way to? change up your fat-loss training.
