Monday:2 Hour strength training
Tuesday:2 Hour skill training
Wensday:2 Hour strenght training
Thursday: 2 hour skill training
Friday:2 hour strenght training
Saturday:2 Hour skill training.
Sunday: Rest
Is that a good amatur boxing training routine?

Skills include jump rope, jogging, heavy bag, speed bag, medicine ball, and sparring.
Strenghth includes hiking with backpack, weights, sit ups, and push ups
