In addition to gyming 5 times a week i also have to practice punching for 2 hours everyday but im wondering will i overwork myself? And if not when’s the best time to do the punching if i go to the gym at night? Should i do it in the morning or after my workout?

You practice punching for 2 hours a day? Sounds like a lot, do you have a trainer? Are you throwing proper punches with your whole body behind them? I think you may be on the way to really tearing some muscles and tendons in your upper body. Throwing punches for 2 hours straight isn’t good. Even professional fighters don’t do that. It sounds like your ready to join a boxing gym, that would be the best idea.

I’m not totally sure, but neither in the morning or after your workout would be a good time to do 2 hours of punching. The morning you’d be too stiff, too much risk of a tear, and you’d be too used after your workout. You need to balance things out a little better – and what your goals are exactly – fitness or trying to get into combat sports?
