best, but I have to warn you, our food is fool of proteins and some fat but not that much, so if you want to try some of our food you must take it easy, is delicious, in the world our food comes after french’s cousine and chinese’s cousin so we are in the thirnd place of the top 10 xD oh and if you want to go party and that staff, Lima, our capital city, ok? its fine, but in Iquitos city is were nights go wild dude 😉

Great video. So heres my question for you, what do you do if you are always the guy who is being cut off in the ring? How do you turn around? and cut off the ring against your opponent. I find im always the guy who is being cut off, this is why im asking. Hope this isnt a dumb question.

You’ll be able? to name a lot more fighters than me who were/are masters at cutting off the ring but the one who i’ll always remember for this art is Cesar Chavez Snr.
