….this kid is working on speed, accuracy and? arm discipline in this viedo…meaning he is keeping his arms up nice and executing evry shot fast and exactly where he wants it to hit on the bag..
he seems like a very good boxer and very sharp

@GeggyBread i can see what ur sayin mate but he wasn’t working on power this was just before championships so he was working on speed and snap lads who fucus on? power in the ams lose against fast boxers. he got to national qtrs 2 years running !!!! 😉 and can bang to

i would of thort that too before i joined a club? and gave it ago..ive had afew street fights…im 3 times the fighter i was before i joined…littile things done right can make a enormous difference

the gloves are pretty big, try using 10? oz gloves, pretty light and just big enough, even klitschko and other boxers use them including me, boxing for 5 years.

can you please explain to? me why you dont have to warm up for body weight but you have to with weights machine. the answer would be cause its easyer to do say press ups over barbell? bench press. how does this work with wide grip pull downs please? people do warm up sets then working sets with machine. but people who are new to weight lifting they can do body weight pull ups with out warm up sets even though its more harder for them? its confused me ? injurys? any help please thank you

good job . i should think about some boxing to for cardio couse running long distances isn’t good for me. i am bodybuilding for 3? years now i was doing only some jumping rope exercices to get better cardio. props for vid. keep posting new. here’s a fan from Poland.

@Halpin994 I have been measured many times and and have had the following told to me, 5’7, 5’7’1/2 or 5’8 from various doctors office. But for the most? part, I am 5’7’1/2.

@broadcast3ful Yeah I feel the same way as you.? I’ve been chubby over the last few years, mostly just a gut. But for the last 4 months dropped carbs down severly and have been eating huge amounts of veggies beans and lean meats. I work out all the time but with light weights and go walking a lot. I stayed away from the heavy weights even tho I want to hit them because I want to get slim. I think I’ll just keep it light and just slim down then add lean muscle after the gut is completely gone

I didn’t know you were 5’7″ I am too & I always felt like? working out too hard would make me look too short and husky, thus making me look even shorter. I like your symetry tho. I might step it up and go a little harder
