@kingdaleclarke .. ha. Bro, when there’s a couch to be moved, we’ll come looking for you. You could not possibly keep up with even amateur boxers. You’re too heavy and simply too undisciplined to be any type of fighter except maybe a WWE contender.

i knoe that. you can achieve a good physique with just using your own bodyweight as well. i said boxers probably don’t lift because of the recovery time. you’ll be sore and can’t train properly if your a boxer. all i said was you can’t get bulky just by lifting weights you get bulky by eating big

i know diet has a big part in bodybuilding but im saying, you dont need to lift weights to hit hard. plain and simple.

i mean dont lift weights. i weigh 140 and i still hit hard with speed to boot. i have enough in my gas tank to last all 12 rounds doing round robins. never did we actually lifted weights like a body builder. i mean we shadow box with 10 – 15 lb dumbells but as for benching 100+ lbs, never.

@kingdaleclarke wtf are you talking about? they play 45 mins each half includes extra time. 15 min rest then 45 mins again total 90 mins + xtra time. at high level pace. don’t make me get into this topic.

@BLaCkKsHeEp lol my boy i bodybuild and you get big by eating big, Carbs-Protein-healthyfats-Vitamins, there is nothing wrong with lifting weights. You have to lift smart and not one part of your body meaning Lower legs/Upperbody and you can achieve a lean physique. its all a myth really but i think that boxers don’t lift due because the recovery time. boxers have strict schedules. but don’t assume you get bulky just by lifting weights you get big in the kitchen.
