dnt use ankle weights while doing kicks if u want to u should do slow motion kicks to build muscle. ankle weight put pressure on knees wen u do fast kicks

Good video..That is the kind of moves I like to do.I might can do some of the moves now using weights in my hand with my knee brace on without bending my knees.But those anke weights on while you were doing those kicks were off the chain.
