nice video he looks well trained, im a big fan of your videos and teaching methods theyve helped me out quite a bit im right from outside of columbus. i have some vids of my heavy bag workouts on my page and if you got a chance your input would be wonderful! have a good one!

When teach left hooks make sure you have your fighter’s elbow comes even height with his mouth after he throws his hook, this prevents a right hand counter.

Very good training technique espically if your trainig at home and dont have a punching bag or if your bag is outside and its muddy I use the punch shield.
