@grantisbwfc: when your shoulders hurt, all you can do is get some gelatine (or how is it spelled in english), relax for a week or two and then try it slowly, remember to allways have your shoulders in anatomic position – not too much in front

anyonne help me i started boxing for a few months now i have my own everlast big bag everytime i throw a right hand punch my shoulder just hurts which im just unable to throw another punch my left punch is fine is there any certain stretches i can do which could prevent this?

lol who opens their mouth like a retard in the middle of combat? you only take deep breaths when you know you can. . . Roy Jones Jr he rests his hands at his waist when he knows he can. It’s called defense and the fkin hissing, which can be a grunt real purpose is to not get the wind knocked out of you, you do it while u clinch up in defense, or throw a punch, cuz u can get caught in between, fuckin scrubs

try doing all that with a mouthguard, thats why hissing is the best

the hissing sound is what comes out with clenched teeth and a mouth guard when exhaling, they aren’t trying to make the sound of ‘hiss’

open your mouth to breath in a fight and enjoy your broken jaw, knocked out teeth, and the end of your tongue gone.

the hissing sound boxers make when they punch, tenses up the transverse abdominus, which helps protect the spine. it also helps in removing carbon dioxide from the lungs

or why not just “aaahhh”?
hissing is definately not the ‘best’ way.
