@14h20 its called practicing, you need to perfect your technique. better to have slower punches that connect and hurt rather than a flurry of sloppy punches that dont connect with little power

he dont have to throw it faster cause this is for ppl like u to learn,they just showing u the proper form..the kid have a good punching technique but when he throws the left hook hes not twisting his front foot and that can cause a serious knee problems

I’d like to see his chin tucked in more on the left shoulder when throwing the jab, this protects the chin from an over the top right hand counter.
