once you start reading you can’t stop. once was a boy named sam who loved? baseball. one day it rolled into the street and a bus hit him. if you don’t post this on 10 more videos?? in the next 30 minutes he will come and run you over tonight. so go save yourself.”

I can’t find any boxing records on this guy. I appreciate free advice but why is a non-boxer giving out boxing tips?

@7loveg
heavy bag is the best way to improve punching power. you can also do pushups etc.

and yes you need gloves on otherwise you will ruin your wrists in the long run

hmm condition I don’t really know.
I have been in a few fights (didn’t mean to) and I usually last very long or until the oponent is down. the wierd thing is I can usually run for 5-15 minutes in real life near max, but at a mill I can run for 30 minutes or more at 14 kilometers per hour, it is kinda wierd how my condition is built 😛
so how can I train this?
I am only good to run long on a (tred?) mill and I can fight for a long time
