A lot of people hang a heavy bag in their basement, in the rafters. I see you use Title boxing gear. Titles rafter heavy bag hanger is the best way to hang the bag from the rafters. More height, less vibration and can hold any weight of a bag. Beware of Everlasts counterfit of the rafter hanger. a poor copy at that coming from china. Titles rafter Hanger is USA made.

Do you think Freddie roach has ever made any video trying to explain the different types of mitts? No because it doesnt really matter!!!! Shame that there are some guys and gals that actually think this guy knows what hes talking about — which he doesnt

this guy is the perfect example of a trainer without much actual boxing experience. It shows when he talks and tries to coach. He talks like someone who doesnt have much practical knowledge

i find the bars really make it harder! when not using them i can do 50 with them 25, anyway i use em as i figure if they make it harder they must make it better

How effective is this ?

breakygiz March 4, 2011 at 9:41 pm

youve probably heard this a thousand times but too gain muscle you just have to excersize. Push ups, chin ups, jogging anything really. Plus, all of those things have equipment to help you to do so.

do u get a better workout with push up bars? how do u buil muscle with fast results without weights?

Reply

breakygiz March 4, 2011 at 11:15 pm

its easier to use push up bars. Mostly because there is a stronger surface area in the bars’ bace, rather than the flat of your hands. And because your slightly elevated its less strain.

wats better these push up bars or perfect push up?

Reply

crooklyn817 March 5, 2011 at 2:23 am

Its actually better to go lower, ive been doing that extra 5-6 inches down and it has made my shoulders look bigger like im startin to wear those football chest armor things. Maybe thats an exaggeration, but it only helps to go lower, and takes more muscle to get up from that point.

Oh man, thank god for this video, I had no Idea how to use my push up bars, I think they forgot to send the instruction sheet with them…

I`m looking forward to the next video: how to use a hammer

dude, perfect pushup allows your wrists to pivot

Reply

eugeniosalas March 5, 2011 at 3:33 am

the perfect puch up thing is better for your joints and also give you a larger range of movement.
although this type bars let you go lower .

Reply

plmason12 March 5, 2011 at 3:57 am

is this better than the perfect push up thing or the same?
