I don’t fight anymore either, but I still enjoy training and getting my blood flowing! Nutrition is definitely really important. I’ve found that a lot of boxers and wrestlers don’t eat enough because they’re so concerned with making? weight.

Thank you very much, I started boxing when I was 10 im now 40, I boxed for Ireland and was also on the Irish Taekwondo team for a number of years. I dont fight anymore but still train and involved in boxing. But never had shape you like. I think most Irish athletes dont acheive shape like your goodself. We train hard so I wonder is it down to diet and protein? drinks.
