This might not be the place to ask, but I’m looking for a particular workout.
I’ve seen a couple of mma fighters use it, but I don’t know what it does.
Your in a sit up postion (laying down), but your back is off the ground. The only thing on the ground is your feet, and your head. You bob back and fourth on your head, pushing with your feet. What is it called, and what does it do?

omg i just had a baby three months ago i really need to loose weight and this video has been the BEST one ive found! i hardly sweat but this video made me drippppp of sweat!! its killing me i loved it !! i was so close to quitting? but getting myself back to skinny is my motivation! thakn you!!!!

I’ve been hunting for a good workout to incorporate kick-boxing style to both get cardio and more flexibility back, I reckon I just found it..!

Great workout, left me a sweating mess and breathless but it was good..! I had to change the jumps into extra squats or knee raises though as I am on the first floor in a block of flats. I? reckon this with another workout from you on alternating days, plus running and my own home weights workout on alternating days should get me to where I want to be.

I’ve been using this video and the 15 min one almost everyday for the past couple of weeks… This and some lightweight training has really been kicking my ass. I also use a 150lb punching bag with these and it’s a great workout. These are great for busy? students who don’t have a lot of time to hit the gym for hours…. I think you guys need to create another 30-60min kickboxing routine and maybe turn it up a notch. Thanks for creating these videos!
